At CRIMPiT USA, we want you to love every snack and sandwich you create; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your CRIMPiT devices in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
